- It's 1/3 cup of unflavored jell-o.
- Prepare 2 cans of coconut milk.
- You need 1 cup of water.
- It's 1/2 cup of sugar.
- It's 1 1/2 of coconut meat.
- It's 1 can of buko pandan condensed milk.
- You need 1 cup of all purpose cream.
Buko Pandan with Coconut Jell-o step by step
- Combined jell-o, coco milk, water and sugar in a pan on low heat, just to dissolve sugar, do not boil. Let it set in a container and chill..
- Cut jell-0 into small squares. set aside..
- In a bowl, combine condensed milk and cream until well blend. add coconut meat and squared jell-0.
- Notes: 1. I used canned macapuno but i rinsed it to lessened the sweetness. 2. I'm thinking of adding some cheddar cheese the next time. 3. If I have pandan essence or leaf, maybe it is good to add in the water.🙃.
