Deconstructed Samosa Chole Chaat step by step

  1. First boil the potatoes keep them aside. Now take a pan put a tsp of ghee when the ghee gets hot put cumin seeds when it starts crackle put the crushed ginger and green chilies sauté for a min. then add mashed.

Turmeric powder snd other dry spices cook it for few minutes then add boiled chole cook it for 10 minutes then add coriander leaves Now take a plate put some green chutney, tamarind chutney,beetroot yoghurt chutney then put chole then put deconstructed samosa topped it with raddish, Cucumber, fine sev, boondi, little chaat masala and is ready to serve.....
