- Take a pan add desighe then add mustard seed.when seed splutter up then add grated ginger curry leaves and chilli saute for a few sec.then add our dal saute till it become little crunchy.
- Then add chopped onion saute till it become little pink.then add veggies of your choice.saute till it become little saute for fast cooking add salt.and cover it..for 10 min.after the veggies become soft then add water and cover it till it become good boil in mean between add lemon juice...
- When the water start boiling then add rava add start continously stirring to avoid lumps..and note dont put all rava toghter slowly slowly put down and mix it..and then cover again for 5 min...
- After 5 min your healthy and tasty rava upma is ready to serve.
