  1. In a pan add 1 tbsp of oil and add garlic, saute and add onions, saute well and add carrots..

  9. Keep all of them ready first and them steam in a steamer for 8-10 minutes. I have used cabbage leaves on the base in the steamer..
  10. Apply oil in between so that there is a shine on the momos and they do not dry while steaming..
  11. Serve with any spicy dip..
