  1. Cut the fillet in small steaks and set aside.
  2. In a food processor or blender mix all the above ingredients except for the beef and whizz until lemon grass is well blend with the other ingredients.
  3. Marinate the beef in the lemongrass marinade for no less than 30 minutes. The more time the better.
