  1. Put salt and pepper on both sides of steak then put olive oil on it and set aside.
  2. Mix all sauce ingredients together and set aside.
  3. Pan fry the steak at medium low heat for 4 mins each side (medium well).
  4. Place steak on baking paper and wrap it. Leave until sauce is ready.
  5. On the same pan, cook the sauce in low heat until onion is transparent.
  6. Cut the steak and put it on top of rice.
  7. Pour the sauce on the steak and sprinkle some spring onions.
