Ingredients of Momos Paratha
- It's 1 cup of Wheat flour.
- You need 1/2 tsp of salt.
- Prepare as per requirement of Water.
- Prepare as per availability of Veggies.
- You need 1 tbsp of Soya sauce.
- It's 1/2 tbsp of Pizza pasta sauce.
- You need 1/2 tbsp of Tomato ketchup.
- You need 1 tsp of Vinegar.
- You need 2 tsp of Chilli flakes.
- You need 1tsp of Mixed herbs/oregano.
Momos Paratha instructions
- Mix flour,salt and water to make a soft dough..
- Keep it aside for 10 mins..
- In a bowl add all the veggies,sauces and seasoning and mix well..
- Take small portion of dough and roll a thin roti with the help rolling pin..
- Put 1tbsp of mix of veggies and fold as per your choice..
- On a heated tawa brush some butter and put the rolled parantha..
- Cook from both the sides by applying some butter.Paratha is ready..
