Ingredients of Momos Paratha

  1. It's 1 cup of Wheat flour.
  2. You need 1/2 tsp of salt.
  3. Prepare as per requirement of Water.
  4. Prepare as per availability of Veggies.
  5. You need 1 tbsp of Soya sauce.
  6. It's 1/2 tbsp of Pizza pasta sauce.
  7. You need 1/2 tbsp of Tomato ketchup.
  8. You need 1 tsp of Vinegar.
  9. You need 2 tsp of Chilli flakes.
  10. You need 1tsp of Mixed herbs/oregano.

Momos Paratha instructions

  1. Mix flour,salt and water to make a soft dough..
  2. Keep it aside for 10 mins..
  3. In a bowl add all the veggies,sauces and seasoning and mix well..
  4. Take small portion of dough and roll a thin roti with the help rolling pin..
  5. Put 1tbsp of mix of veggies and fold as per your choice..
  6. On a heated tawa brush some butter and put the rolled parantha..
  7. Cook from both the sides by applying some butter.Paratha is ready..
