  1. Prepare 2/3 cup of cracked wheat/Dalia.
  2. It's 1/4 cup of toor dal(soak in hot water for 30 minutes).
  3. It's 1/4 cup of corn kernels.
  4. Prepare 1 of carrot chopped.
  5. Prepare 1 tsp of Ghee.
  6. Prepare of Ginger paste.
  7. Prepare of Garlic paste.
  8. You need of Green chilli paste.
  9. You need of Salt.
  10. It's of Turmeric.
  11. Prepare 2/3 of Water.
  12. You need of Red chilli powder.
  13. It's 3-4 of Curry leaves.

Fine sized Dalia (fine sized cracked / broken wheat). This is small size Dalia with fine and firm texture.   1. In a bowl take cracked wheat and add 3 tbsp oil and stir well..
  2. In a vessel(which can be used on stove top)add in ghee.Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.After it starts crackling,add curry leaves,ginger,garlic and green chilli paste..
  3. Let it cook for few seconds.Add in salt,turmeric and asafetida.Add corn and chopped carrots and let it cook for 30 seconds..
  4. Add toor dal and cracked wheat and red chilli powder and add 2/3 cup water..
  5. Now put the vessel in cooker and cook it for 3 whistles.Serve hot with Curd/ salad and pickle..
