  1. 1.Take a pan to that add put half teaspoon ghee and roast a Suji till it becomes light golden red in colour. Then take out roasted Suji from a pan in a plate and keep it aside..
  2. 2.Then in a take 1 tablespoon refined oil to that add Rai seeds and then add chopped onion followed by 2 chopped Green chilli and allow it to cool for 2-3minutes till the onion gives beautiful golden red colour..
  3. 3.After this add 1 chopped tomato and let it cook for 2 minutes. Then add Suji to it. Stir it well..
  4. 4.Then add water and salt as per your requirement. Cook it for 5 minutes. Your Upma is ready to eat. Serve it hot in a plate and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves..
