  1. Chopped white part of the spring onions and thai chili into tiny pieces.
  2. Add in sugar, salt, fish sauce and sesame oil. Mix well..
  3. Add the chicken pieces into the sauce and mix well so sauce is evenly distributed. Marinate for an hour..
  4. Pan fry the chicken with little oil..
  5. Pour in the coconut water, and let it simmer in high heat..
  6. Add in the sliced onions and let it simmer again for 25 mins..
  7. Add in the Honey. Let it simmer in low heat for another 10-15 mins..
  8. Transfer the cooked chicken in a serving dish and pour the remaining marinade..
