- You need of boneless beef, cut into cube.
- Prepare of cooking oil.
- Prepare of cinnamon stick.

- It's of star anise.
- You need of cardamom pod.
- You need of Turmeric.
- You need of lemon grass (cut into four and pounded).
- Prepare of thick coconut milk.
- You need of water.

- Prepare of dried chilies, soak in warm water and seeded.

- Fry the paste until the water dry and oil come out from the paste.
- Put beef, kaffir leaves and turmeric leaves also coconut and all spices except kerisik/ toasted coconut. Kerisik is last to add.
