Ingredients of Pancit Canton

  1. You need of flour sticks pancit canton noodles.
  2. You need of pork belly cut into strips.
  3. It's of medium size shrimp.
  4. Prepare of garlic.
  5. You need of medium onion.
  6. It's of Chinese sausage.
  7. Prepare of medium carrot.
  8. It's of parsley.
  9. It's of cabbage.
  10. You need of pork broth or 4 cups of water with 1 pork cube.
  11. It's of oyster sauce.
  12. You need of fish sauce.
  13. It's of soy sauce.
  14. Prepare of olive oil.
  15. You need of Salt and pepper to your taste.

Pancit Canton instructions

  1. In a wok put one tbsp olive oil, cabbage and carrots and cook for 3 minutes and set aside.
  2. In a separate wok heat rest of oil and sauté garlic and onion.
  3. Add pork strips and cook until tender.
  4. Add fish sauce, Chinese sausage, and soy sauce and cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Add shrimp, parsley and oyster sauce and cook for 3 more minutes.
  6. Add pork broth or water and pork cube and let it simmer for a few minutes then add noodles.
  7. Cook until noodles are tender and some of the soup is absorbed.
  8. Add the vegetables you set aside and tossed it with the noodles.
  9. Add salt and pepper for taste as necessary.
  10. Transfer to a serving plate and add desired calamansi or lemon and enjoy!.
